The 37 Postures Long Fist Form which is based on the principles of Wu Wei consists of 4 Modules and is performed without any voluntary movements of the body. It follows the study of the unseen forces of the universe and requires no action or force from the practitioner.
Eligibility for this Course will depend upon successful completion of the Introductory Tai Chi Qi Gong module. The form that will be taught consists of four modules at the primary level.
Tai Chi Beginner - Module One
WK 1 - Opening & Ward Off Left
WK 2 - Grasp Sparrows Tail (Ward Off, Roll Back, Press & Push)
WK 3 - Single Whip
WK 4 - Lift Hands & Shoulder
WK 5 - White Crane Spreads Wings & Brush Knee Left
WK 6 - Play Pipa & Brush Knee Left
WK 7 - Step Forward, Parry & Punch
WK 8 - Withdraw & Cross Hands
The cost of this module will be £160 inclusive of association fees.
